- In any case the Euribor rate assumes a negative value, for as long as this lasts, a zero-reference rate will be applied.
- A discount is provided on the variable interest rates of the product (spread reduction) depending on the energy class of the property at the time of the purchase or after the completion of the construction work according to the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of the property that the debtor submits to the Bank. For property energy class A+ or A, B+ or B: spread discount 0.15%. The discount is applied only during the period of validity of the variable interest rate (spread reduction) and is valid until the end of the loan.
