Fully responsible for the operation of the Bank are the Chairman of the Board, or his alternates, the Chief Officers and the Directors, who manage administrative departments and units.
The Bank is governed by Laws, Regulations, the instructions of the Bank of Greece, the Articles of Association and the resolutions of the General Meeting and the Board of Directors.
