Pancreta Mastercard Standard  facilitates your daily transactions. You can make purchases in physical stores or remotely, via Internet or by phone, with a direct charge to your account at all businesses with the Mastercard logo in Greece and abroad.

Cash Withdrawals from ATMs

You can withdraw cash (Cash Advance) from ATMs with the Mastercard logo in Greece and around the world.

*Cash withdrawals from Pancreta Bank's ATMs are free of charge. Withdrawals from ATMs of other Banks, in Greece or abroad, may bear charges from the ATM's provider in which the card is used.

Bill payments through standing orders

You can pay your bills on their due date through standing orders easily and quickly.

Online purchases

Make your purchases in installments online with absolute security with the Mastercard ID Check service at certified online stores in Greece and abroad.

Online card purchases are made with strong authentication at the time of the purchase.

For transactions worth up to €30 from the internet and up to €100 cumulatively, the Bank will not require strong identification. The €100 limit resets every time you trade with strong identification.

Transactions over €30 will be made with strong identification.

Free subscription for the first year

Pancreta Mastercard Standard's subscription is free for the first year for the main and additional cards.
From the second year onwards, the annual subscription is €25 for the main card and €10 for each additional card.

Interest Rate 

• Annual purchase rate is 15.50% ,plus levy of Law 128/75, currently 0.60%
• Annual cash withdrawal rate is 19%, plus the levy of Law 128/75, currently 0.60%

Minimum monthly payment

Minimum monthly payment is 2% of the capital, as it appears every month on the day the bill is issued, plus interest and expenses, with a minimum payment of €10.

Card and PIN Receipt

Once your application is approved, you will receive your primary and additional cards, as well as your PIN, at the contact address provided in your application.

Payment of your bill

The card payment can be made from a deposit account

• By registering a standing order

- To pay the minimum payment

- To pay off the entire debit balance of the month

• Via Digital Banking- Pancreta Online
• At the cashier of the Bank's branches

Card Activation

Your card is issued inactive. To activate it, call at +30 2810 338800 (from abroad) 24/7. You will be asked to verify your identity, so you need to have your debit card, your ID card or passport, and your Tax ID number.

Contactless functionality is activated after you make your first transaction using your personal PIN.

Card loss / theft

In case of loss / theft of your card please inform us immediately by calling our 24-hour telephone service at +30 2810 338800 (from abroad), so as to proceed with its immediate cancellation and replacement.

Contactless transactions is the way to make easy, quick and secure purchases in businesses with POS terminals with the contactless transaction mark .

For contactless transactions up to €50, strong identification is not required, only up to €100 cumulatively. A transaction can be carried out by entering the personal PIN code.

Each time a transaction is made with strong identification, the €100 limit is reset.

For contactless transactions over €50, you will be asked to enter your personal PIN code.

Your online transactions with Pancreta Bank cards are completed with strong identification of the cardholder.

Aligned to the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), Pancreta Bank provides additional security for online card transactions with the Mastercard Identity Check service.

With the integrated Chip & PIN technology, you can carry out transactions at physical stores with maximum security, by entering your PIN at the terminal (POS).
