Cash Withdrawals from ATMs

You can withdraw cash (Cash Advance) from ATMs with the Visa logo in Greece and around the world. 

*Cash withdrawals from Pancreta Bank's ATMs are free of charge. Withdrawals from ATMs of other Banks, in Greece or abroad, may bear charges from the ATM's provider in which the card is used.

Bill payments through standing orders

You can pay your bills on their due date through standing orders easily and quickly, without delays, while building your tax-free limit.

Online shopping

Make your online purchases at certified online stores in Greece and abroad with installments, with absolute security with the Visa Secure Service.
Online purchases with cards are made with strong authentication at the time of purchase.
For transactions up to €30 from the internet and up to a cumulative amount of €150, the Bank will not require strong identification.

The €150 limit resets every time you trade with strong identification.

Transactions over €30 will be made with strong identification.

Free subscription for the first year

Pancreta Visa Gold's subscription is free for the first year for the main and additional cards

Interest Rate 

• Annual purchase rate is 14.95%, plus levy under the Law 128/75, currently 0.60%
• Annual cash withdrawal rate is 19%, plus the levy under the Law 128/75, currently 0.60%

Minimum monthly payment

The minimum monthly payment is 2% of the capital, as it appears every month on the day the account is issued, plus interest and expenses, with a minimum payment of €10

Control your card and account movements on a 24-hour basis through the Digital Banking service, Pancreta Online.

Card and PIN Receipt

You will receive your card, either at the branch, or at your registered at the Bank correspondence address, depending on your preference. Your main and any additional cards will be dispatched via simple mail, followed by your PIN via prepaid registered correspondence.    

Card Activation

Your card is issued inactive. You can activate it in one of the Bank's ATMs. You select "Card Activation" from the menu in the "Other Transactions" option. Alternatively, you can call the 24hour service line at +30 2810338800 from Greece and abroad.  

Contactless functionality is activated after you make your first transaction using your personal PIN.

Bill Payment

The card can be paid by debiting a deposit account :

• Through a standing order

- for the payment of the minimum amount

- for the payoff of the entire monthly balance

• Through Digital Banking-  Pancreta online
•  At the Bank's cashiers

 Card loss / theft

In case of loss/theft of your card please inform us immediately by calling our 24-hour telephone service at (+30) 2810 338800 from Greece or abroad, so as to proceed with immediate cancellation and replacement.

Contactless transactions is the way to make easy, quick and secure purchases in businesses with POS terminals with the contactless transaction mark .

For contactless transactions up to €50, strong identification is not required, only up to €150 cumulatively. A transaction can be carried out by entering the personal PIN code.

At each transaction made with strong identification, the limit of €150 is reset.

For contactless transactions over €50, you will be asked to enter your personal PIN code.

Online transactions by Pancreta bank's cards are completed with strong identification of the cardholder and the service.

Aligned to the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), Pancreta Bank provides additional security for online card transactions with the Visa Secure service.

With the integrated Chip & PIN technology, you can carry out transactions at physical stores with maximum security, by entering your PIN at the terminal (POS).
