Card Issuance

Your Pancreta Visa Debit Business card is issued for free and has a term up to 5 years.

Cash withdrawal

Possibility of cash withdrawals from the account linked to the card at Pancreta Bank ATMs or at those with a Visa logo in Greece and abroad. 

Cash Deposit & Online Deposit

Possibility of depositing cash with an envelope at the ATMs of the Pancreta Bank as well as online depositing without an envelope, automatically crediting the connected account of your choice (at selected ATMs).

Balance Question

Balance inquiry and information on the latest transactions of the account linked to the card, at ATMs with the Visa logo in Greece and abroad.

Reissuance/ Replacement

Reissuance of card, for any reason, has a charge of €6.

24/7 Support

Receive card & PIN

You will receive your card as well as your personal code (PIN) from the branch where you made your application.

Card activation

Your card is activated  by our staff at delivery process and it handed to you ready for use.

Reissued cards are delivered inactive. To activate them, call our 24hour Call Support at
(+30) 2810 338800 from Greece and abroad.

Contactless functionality is activated after your first transaction using your personal PIN.

Card loss / theft

In case of loss/theft of your card, immediately call the 24-hour telephone service at +30 2810 338800 from Greece and abroad so that we can proceed with its immediate cancellation and replacement.

Contactless transactions is the way to make easy, quick and secure purchases in businesses with POS terminals with the contactless transaction mark .

For contactless transactions up to €50, strong identification is not required, only up to €100 cumulatively. A transaction can be carried out by entering the personal PIN code.

At each transaction made with strong identification, the limit of €100 is reset.

For contactless transactions over €50, you will be asked to enter your personal PIN code.

Online transactions by Pancreta bank's cards are completed with strong identification of the cardholder and the service.

Aligned to the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), Pancreta Bank provides additional security for online card transactions with the Visa Secure service.

With the integrated Chip & PIN technology, you can carry out transactions at physical stores with maximum security, by entering your PIN at the terminal (POS).
