For successful access to Pancreta bank's digital banking

• You need to have access to the Internet
• You must hold at least one active deposit account in EUR, GBP or USD
• Apply and collect username and password at any of our branches 

You can register in digital banking free of charge by submitting the online registration form in digital banking (the service is available only to individuals) or by visiting one of our branches.

Online Registration

Visit our website www.pancretabank.gr, select Digital Banking and then click "Enroll to Pancreta Online”

To complete your registration, you need to:

Fill in the appropriate fields to identify your personal information

• Greek TAX Id number
• Date of birth
• ID/Passport number
• Mobile phone number, registered at Pancreta Bank
• Email, registered at Pancreta Bank
• Bank account number

2. Registration at one of our Branches

In order to register in digital banking, proof of identification is required (ID card or other identification document) as well as your signature in “Digital banking ” application form.

Digital banking service is activated immediately. A “Username” will be sent to your email address and a “Password” to your mobile via Viber or SMS message.

Digital banking allows you to monitor your account balance, cards, investment products, loans, print statements, money transfer within the bank or to other Greek banks or abroad,  bill payments, etc.

You are able to

• Transfer funds on a specific date, between registered deposit accounts held at Pancreta Bank 
• Transfer funds to deposit accounts held at another bank, domestic or abroad in euros or other foreign currency
• Make payroll payments by uploading an electronic file
• Fulfill payments of assessed debts or to companies or organizations
• Submit online applications for issuing cheque book, reissuing your debit cards’ PIN, modify the daily transaction limit of your debit card 
• Repeat an executed former transaction

Get informed about

• Your account transaction history *
• The details of your cheque books (cheque book availability, cheque status)
• Executed  fund transfers  to registered or unregistered accounts

* (with the possibility to export statements in Excel, PDF and CSV files)

You can manage or modify

• Your password
• Your username
• Your profile data:
  • Modify your deposit accounts (modification of usage rights)
  • Create a friendly name for your account
• The beneficiaries and the beneficiary groups, as well as upload a beneficiary file
• Your registered devices

Additionally, you can

• View the joint beneficiaries of your accounts (maximum of 4 joint beneficiaries per account);
• Search for individual or post-dated cheques
• Receive information on the number of your shares
• Modify the ranking of your accounts
• Save favorite accounts
• Export transaction receipts in PDF format
• Send transaction receipts to the email of your choice
• Register your device on digital banking application, adding a photo, a quick PIN, a fingerprint, a face Id etc.

Via the Digital banking app, you cannot perform:

• Uploading a payroll payment and beneficiary's file
• Submitting an online application for bank cheques
• Exporting files
• Managing beneficiaries

Digital banking Application of Pancreta Bank allows you to monitor your balance and the transactions of your deposit accounts, transfer money, pay your obligations to third parties, etc.

More specifically, you can:

Submit

• Transfers of funds on a specific date, between deposit accounts held at Pancreta Bank
• Transfers of funds to deposit accounts held at another bank in Greece or abroad, in euros or foreign currency

• Fulfill payments of assessed debts or to companies or organizations

• Repeat an executed former transaction 

Get informed about

• Your balance and transaction history *
• The details of the checks you have issued (individual checks, check status)
• Transfers of funds to registered or unregistered accounts 

* (option offered to export statements in Excel, PDF and CSV files)

Manage

• Your password
• Your username
• Your registered devices 
• Your online transaction activity

You can also

• View the joint beneficiaries of your accounts (maximum of 4 joint beneficiaries per account);
• Change the order of your accounts
• Save accounts as “favorites”
• Export transaction receipts in PDF format
• Save your device, adding a photograph, a PIN for quick connection, a fingerprint, a faceID etc.
